• Register for middle school sports and activities through Final Forms, a secure, user-friendly platform.
  •  All students in middle school can participate in sports through the district’s no-cut policy.
  • Students may participate in one sport/activity per season
  • Students cannot practice or participate in competitions until all required forms have been completed and submitted through Final Forms. Students also must have a valid physical to start practice. Please download our WIAA Physical Form to take to your Doctor or an Urgent Care Clinic.  We do not accept Physicals from  CCYF, Boy Scouts or a physical not on our form.
  • If you are on free or reduced lunch, please call the Business Office for more information.
  • All fines and fees must be paid before a student can participate in an Activity.
  • SNACKS:  Most Athletes bring some sort of a snack to eat after school before practice or before a game.
Please pay your Sports Fees and ASB Card at time of Registration.  If fees are not received, your student will not be able to participate in games, meets and matches. There is a form on Final Forms you must electronically sign off on called ONLINE PAYMENT.  It will give you the link to Skyward to make your payments.  You will have to use your Parent View Login and Password. Also, please have your student sign their forms as well so they can be completely cleared before practice starts.
All physicals, student/parent signatures and payments must be submitted by Friday, January 16th to participate. You can upload the physical as a pdf..not a jpg.  No pictures on your kitchen counter.  Or you can turn in the hard copy to the Office, and I will be happy to upload it.
TRACK REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!
Track registration is open from August 1st to Friday, August 28th at 5pm.
Practices will be Tuesday through Fridsay at Alki from 4pm to 5:15pm. Please pick up your students promptly after practice.
All Track meet dates, times and schedule are on the Alki calendar.
Bus transportation will be provide to the Track meet than parents will provide transportation home.

Coach of the Year nominations

Nominations for the Coach of the Year awards are now closed.  Thank you to all who nominated a coach.

All nominees and winners will be recognized at the annual Coaches Institute held in August.

Guidelines for spectators at middle school games

Safety is a top priority in Vancouver Public Schools, and we want our after-school athletic events to be safe and respectful places for all student athletes and spectators. To provide adequate supervision of students and ensure the safety of all athletes and spectators, we have established the following guidelines for games.

  • Students must be accompanied by a parent or adult. This applies to both home and away games.
  • Spectators must stay in bleachers or designated areas.
  • Re-entry to the game/activity is not permitted after leaving.
  • Students are not allowed to remain on campus after school ends until a game begins.
  • Support all student athletes by exhibiting good sportsmanship.

Due to the unique nature of facilities at different buildings, guidelines may vary at each school.
