- All students in middle school can participate in sports through the district’s no-cut policy.
- Students may participate in one sport/activity per season
- Students cannot practice or participate in competitions until all required forms have been completed and submitted through FamilyID. Students also must have a valid physical to start practice. Please download our Physical Form to take to your Doctor or an Urgent Care Clinic. We do not accept Physicals from CCYF, Boy Scouts or a physical not on our form. Families who do not have health insurance may wish to contact the Free Clinic of Southwest Washington.

- EARLY RELEASE DAYS: Athletes will go to a supervised Study Skills until Practice starts at 3:45.
- SNACKS: Most Athletes bring some sort of a snack to eat after school before practice or before a game.

Track and Field season starts on April 12th. Practices go from 3:45 until 5:15 daily. As the season progresses, athletes are free to leave after their workout for the day is completed. Our meets are scheduled for 4/28 @ MAC, 5/5 @ Alki, 5/9 @ Alki, 5/12 @ Alki and 5/19 @ Gaiser. All meets start at 4:45 PM and should wrap up not later than 7:15 PM. All athletes must have a current sports physical on our form as part of the sign up process. Looking forward to seeing all of you for a terrific season.

- All athletic fees and fines must be paid in order to compete. Financial assistance is available.
- Each sport requires a valid ASB card ($10 each calendar year) and sport-specific fee of $20. These funds are used to help defray the cost of equipment, cleaning/repair/replacement of uniforms, transportation, officials and other expenses.
