• Register for middle school sports and activities through Final Forms, a secure, user-friendly platform.
  •  All students in middle school can participate in sports through the district’s no-cut policy.
  • Students may participate in one sport/activity per season
  • Students cannot practice or participate in competitions until all required forms have been completed and submitted through Final Forms. Students also must have a valid physical to start practice. Please download our Physical Form to take to your Doctor or an Urgent Care Clinic.  We do not accept Physicals from  CCYF, Boy Scouts or a physical not on our form.
  • If you are on free or reduced lunch, please call the Business Office for more information.
  • All fines must be paid before a student can participate in an Activity
  • EARLY RELEASE DAYS:  Athletes will go to a supervised Study Skills until Practice starts at 3:45.
  • SNACKS:  Most Athletes bring some sort of a snack to eat after school before practice or before a game.

Registration will be open starting October 3rd, 2022.  Practices begin October 24th and the season ends December 14, 2022.

  • All athletic fees and fines must be paid in order to compete. Financial assistance is available.
  • Each sport requires a valid ASB card ($10 each calendar year) and sport-specific fee of $20. These funds are used to help defray the cost of equipment, cleaning/repair/replacement of uniforms, transportation, officials and other expenses.
